Twenty five years in, most of our work comes from people who have called us before. Gordon Young owns the business and runs the crews, so the person accountable for the job is the person you spoke to. No call centers, no runaround.
The list
Most homes need three or four different tradespeople and three or four different conversations. We carry the trades in house, so the whole list is one crew, one schedule and one warranty.

A dedicated painting crew rather than a handyman who paints occasionally. Full prep first, cleaned, sanded, primed and caulked, then interior and exterior coats, texture matching and popcorn ceiling repair.
Painting and drywall

Doors hung, repaired and refinished. Trim, baseboard and crown molding, shelving and built-ins, cabinet repair and hardware, attic ladders, decks, patio covers and fences.
Carpentry

Outlets and switches replaced, GFCI outlets added, ceiling fans and light fixtures hung, dimmers fitted, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed, LED retrofits and doorbells. Safe, up to code, and without leaving you in the dark.
Electrical work

Faucets, running toilets, showerheads, garbage disposals, under sink leaks, supply lines and hose bibs. We do not replace your whole plumbing system. We fix the specific problem cleanly and correctly.
Minor plumbing

Offices, retail units, veterinary clinics and property management portfolios. Painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, pressure washing, facility maintenance, and parking lot striping with ADA stall marking and fire lanes.
Commercial services

The whole home arm. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and staircases, built-ins and custom cabinetry, outdoor living, room additions. One owner operated team from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
