Commercial Services
One accountable crew for the whole property, instead of five vendors and five schedules.
Chapter 01
What a facility manager is actually buying
A commercial building rarely breaks in one neat category. The drywall in a hallway dents, a light fixture in the lobby fails, the parking lot markings fade, and a bathroom faucet starts dripping, all in the same quarter. Handled the usual way that is four phone calls, four vendors, and four separate schedules to coordinate around whatever the business does during the day.
The alternative is one crew that already knows the building, has already walked the space, and can be reached at (214) 676-8575 for whichever of those shows up next. That is what a facility manager or property owner is really buying, less a single trade and more a standing point of contact for the property.

The full commercial list
Interior and exterior painting, drywall repair and installation, carpentry and millwork, electrical repairs and fixture installation, and minor plumbing repairs cover most of what a building needs between planned renovations. Flooring repair and installation, pressure washing, general facility maintenance and renovation buildouts round out the interior and exterior work.
Parking lot striping and restriping, including ADA compliant handicap stall marking, is its own line on that list and one most handyman companies do not offer at all. Four sector pages go deeper on office and retail, veterinary clinics, property management portfolios, and parking lot striping specifically.
Chapter 03
How the relationship actually runs
The office answers Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and commercial clients can often arrange after hours or weekend scheduling by request when a job cannot happen during trading hours. Every job carries the same lifetime labor warranty the residential side runs on, and a new commercial client gets ten percent off their first service.
The scale of work runs from a single fixture repair up to a full commercial project, including one completed at the Joule Hotel in downtown Dallas. Licensed, bonded and insured for both residential and commercial work in Texas, BBB A+ accredited, with an Angie's List Super Service Award behind it.
