Electrical
Outlets, switches, fans and fixtures fixed right by the same Lewisville crew, safe, up to code, and never leaving you in the dark.
Chapter 01
A buzzing switch is not something you get used to
An outlet that no longer grips a plug isn't just annoying, it usually means the contacts inside have worn loose enough that the connection is intermittent, and intermittent connections generate heat. A switch that buzzes or feels warm under your palm is telling you the same thing from a different part of the circuit.
Ceiling fans wobble for a mechanical reason as often as an electrical one, the box behind the fixture was never rated to carry the load and years of spinning have worked it loose. Kitchen and bathroom outlets without GFCI protection are a code gap rather than a wear issue, and a smoke or carbon monoxide detector past its replacement date is doing nothing no matter how fresh the battery is.

What this crew actually touches, house by house
The list covers outlet and switch replacement, GFCI outlet installation, ceiling fan installation and repair, and light fixture installation, along with dimmer switch installation, smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation, LED retrofit and lighting upgrades, doorbell repair and replacement, and exhaust fan installation. It's the fixture and device work a Lewisville or North DFW homeowner actually calls about, done to code with the cover plate sitting flush and the fixture actually secured to a box rated for it.
One reviewer, Earl Rose, had Sean out to install landscaping flood lights and expected the job to run two to three hours. Sean finished in forty five minutes, worked clean, and Earl said he'd keep the number on speed dial for anything else around the house. Another reviewer, Marin Floyd, had two of the crew, one of them Jared, hang an Amazon chandelier with a missing base part, and they made it work while keeping it fully safe and secured rather than leaving it half finished.
Chapter 03
Why a warm switch plate is worth a call, and what stands behind the work
A switch plate that's warm to the touch, or an outlet with a scorch mark around the slot, means heat has already been generated somewhere in that connection, and it's worth a call before it's worth a fire. A smoke detector that's ten years old needs replacing outright, not another battery, the sensor itself degrades on a clock the manufacturer sets, not on how it sounds when you test it.
Every device level repair or install carries the same lifetime labor warranty the rest of the business runs on, safe, up to code, and without leaving you in the dark, as the crew puts it. Call (214) 676-8575 and most of this can be scoped over the phone before anyone needs to be on site.
